Terms of service

30fps is run by 30fps.in (“30fps”, “we”, “us”), a sole proprietorship owned by Ravikant Joiya and registered as an MSME (Udyam registration UDYAM-RJ-11-0090221). These terms are the agreement between you and us when you use the 30fps website and app, including ReelSync (captions) and Automate (Instagram automation). By creating an account or using 30fps, you agree to them. Our privacy policy and refund policy are part of these terms.

• You sign in with your Google account. You must be at least 18, or have a parent or guardian agree to these terms on your behalf.
• One account is for one person or one business. Do not share your sign-in or resell access to 30fps.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account, including the automations you set up and the messages they send. Keep your Google account secure, and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used yours.

• You keep all rights to the videos, audio, captions, fonts and messages you upload or create. We do not claim ownership of any of it.
• You give us a limited permission to store and process your content only to run 30fps for you — to transcribe, caption, export and send what you ask for. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account.
• You confirm that you have the right to upload and use everything you put into 30fps, including music, footage and other people who appear in your videos.
• Captions are made by speech recognition and can contain mistakes. Check them before you publish; what you publish is your responsibility.
• Uploaded videos and exports are deleted automatically after the periods in our privacy policy. 30fps is not a backup or storage service, so keep your own copies.

On plans that include it, you can upload font files to use in your captions. Most fonts are licensed, not free: the font’s licence decides whether you may use it in videos you publish, and many personal-use or desktop licences do not allow that. By uploading a font you confirm that its licence lets you use it this way. You are responsible for that licence, not 30fps.

Your fonts are used only to draw your own captions. We do not share them with other users or use them in anything else. We remove a font when its owner asks us to, and we may remove fonts that are reported as infringing. Deleting a font, or your account, deletes the file.

Each plan comes with monthly allowances: transcription minutes, export minutes, the longest video it takes, and on the Free plan a number of comment replies and live automations. Allowances renew every month on the day your plan started, and unused minutes do not carry over. The Free plan stays free and renews the same way.

On the Free plan, videos are not downloaded. They play full screen with a 30fps.in watermark for you to record, and each play uses the video’s length from your export minutes. Paid plans download the video without a watermark. Exports above 1080p or 30 frames per second use more minutes, and we tell you how many before you export.

You agree not to use 30fps to:

• upload or send anything illegal, hateful, sexually explicit involving minors, or that harasses or threatens anyone;
• upload content you do not have the rights to, or infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark or privacy;
• send spam, misleading messages, or messages people did not ask for;
• break Instagram’s Terms of Use, Community Guidelines or Platform Terms;
• copy, reverse-engineer, scrape or overload 30fps, get around its plan limits, or use it to build a competing service.

If you do, we may remove the content, pause your automations, or suspend your account, as described under “Ending your account” below.

• Automate works through Instagram’s official API, with the permissions you grant when you connect your account. 30fps is not affiliated with or endorsed by Instagram or Meta.
• Instagram sets its own limits — how many messages can be sent, how fast, and when a person can be messaged. Replies may be delayed or not sent when those limits apply, and “unlimited” on our plans means 30fps sets no cap of its own.
• Meta can change or withdraw its API at any time. If it does, parts of Automate may stop working, and we will tell you.
• You decide what your automations say and to whom. You are responsible for those messages, and we are not responsible for action Meta takes against your account because of them.

• Paid plans are monthly subscriptions, charged in advance in Indian rupees. They renew every month until you cancel.
• Any tax that applies, such as GST, is shown before you pay.
• If a renewal payment fails, your account moves to the Free plan until a payment goes through.
• We may change our prices. A new price applies to you only from your next renewal, and we tell you at least 30 days before.

Cancel at any time from your account settings. Your plan keeps working until the end of the month you have paid for, then moves to the Free plan. Refunds follow our refund policy.

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other people or 30fps at risk, or that the law requires us to close. Where we can, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. If we close a paid account without it having broken these terms, we refund the unused part of the month.

We work to keep 30fps running and accurate, but we provide it “as is” and cannot promise it will always be available, error-free, or that every caption will be correct. We may add, change or remove features. If we remove something a paid plan depends on, we will tell you in advance.

To the extent Indian law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — such as lost income, lost followers, missed deals or lost data — arising from your use of 30fps. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to cover our reasonable costs if a claim is made against us because of content you uploaded or messages your automations sent in breach of these terms.

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top of this page, and for significant changes we tell you in the app or by email before they take effect. If you keep using 30fps after that, the new terms apply.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute comes up, please write to us first and we will try to resolve it. Otherwise, the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
