Does it understand mixed Hindi and English?
Yes — that is the entire reason 30fps exists. Most Indian creators switch between Hindi and English mid-sentence, and English-first tools break exactly there. 30fps handles mixed audio in one pass, without you editing afterwards.
Will auto-replying get my Instagram account banned?
No. Automate runs on Instagram’s official Graph API with permissions you grant. It never logs into your account, never scrapes, and never simulates a human session. This is the same infrastructure large brands use for comment management.
How much does it cost?
There is a free plan that stays free — not a trial. Creator is ₹599 a month and Pro is ₹899, quoted in rupees rather than a dollar price with the currency symbol changed. Agencies get a plan built around their team: write to us. We will email you before anything is ever charged.
Which languages are supported?
Hindi, Hinglish and English, plus Punjabi, Marathi, Gujarati, Bangla, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada and Malayalam. More are being added — tell us which one you need and we will prioritise it.
Do I need to download anything?
No. 30fps runs entirely in your browser. Sign in with Google and start. There is no Windows app, no Mac app and nothing to update.
How many minutes of captioning do I get?
Two minutes on the free plan, which is enough to test it on a real reel. Then 1.5 hours a month on Creator and 3 hours on Pro. Creator takes videos up to 3 minutes long and Pro up to 5; Agency plans are sized to the team.
Can I export videos on the free plan?
On Free your captioned video plays full screen with a 30fps.in watermark, for you to record with your screen recorder — 3 minutes of plays a month, at 720p. Creator downloads the video itself at up to 1080p without the watermark, and Pro goes up to 4K.
Can I use my own fonts?
Yes — 5 fonts on Creator and 10 on Pro. Upload a TTF, OTF, WOFF or WOFF2 file you have the right to use, and it appears in every font menu in the editor. Every caption template is on every plan, Free included.
Is there a limit on comment auto-replies?
Not on any paid plan — replies and automations are uncapped from Creator upwards. That is the whole point: capped replies are what you are already paying a foreign tool for. The free plan stops at 500 replies a month and 3 automations, which is there to be outgrown.
Can I connect more than one Instagram account?
One on Free and Creator and three on Pro, all under a single Google login. If you manage more creators than that, the Agency plan is for you — write to us.
Do ReelSync and Automate share one subscription?
Yes. One Google login, one subscription, both modules.
Who is 30fps for?
Indian creators, small business owners and small agencies posting Reels in Hindi, Hinglish or regional languages — particularly anyone currently paying two foreign companies to do half the job each.
What data do you access on my Instagram?
Only what the official Instagram API grants with your permission: your comments, your media, and your account insights. We do not read your private DMs beyond the replies you configure, and we never post as you without a rule you set.
What if I don’t like it?
Cancel any time and you are moved back to the free plan rather than locked out. No form, no call, no retention email chain.
Can I edit captions after they’re generated?
Yes. Everything is editable before you export — the point is that you should rarely need to.
Can I use it for YouTube Shorts?
Yes for captioning — export the captioned video and post it anywhere. Automate works only on Instagram, since it is built on Instagram’s own API.
